招聘岗位：CS Executive (外贸跟单/客服专员) 1人

Work content and Main responsibilities ：
1.Enter and process all incoming orders----Oracle, ERP, Cloudio and e-mail
2.Verify that orders and purchases from the sales are made correctly.
3.Attend to general enquiries and update the order status to the sales
4.Manage ever changing scenarios
5.Taking the initiative and the ability to anticipate problems before they happen.
6.Have a basic knowledge of the hand-tufted carpets and yarn
7. Work well with a team of people who are committed to continuing the company’s high growth rate.
Job Qualification ：
1.Good command of English speaking and Writing skills
2.Ability to work in a fast paced, performance based environment
3.Good communication and problem solving skills.
4.Good team work spirit.
工作内容及岗位职责:
1.能输入和处理所有订单----Oracle, ERP, Cloudio和电子邮件
2.能核实销售部门的订单和采购是否正确。
3.能处理一般的询问，并向销售部门更新订单状态
4.能管理不断变化的场景
5.有采取主动并在问题发生前就预见到问题的能力。
6.对手工绒毡和纱线有基本的了解.
7.愿与一群致力于公司持续高速增长的人一起工作。
